You can gift to WARC in many ways that will allow your contribution to keep working towards supporting others. Gifts may be unrestricted for use where the need is greatest or restricted to a specific program of your choice.

MEMORIALS
You may contribute to a memorial in the name of someone dear to you, a loved one or friend who may have passed away or upon a special occasion marking a birthday, anniversary, etc. You may also create an ongoing memorial in memory of someone or contribute to an ongoing fund for that purpose.
CASH CONTRIBUTIONS OR PLEDGES
You may gift cash or make a pledge over a year or years directly to WARC as the most direct and quickest way to support us. Contributions may be unrestricted or restricted.
SECURITIES
You may gift stocks, bonds or certificates of deposit for an unrestricted or restricted purpose.
CONTRIBUTION OF DEFERRED OR PLANNED GIFTS
You can name WARC as the beneficiary of your IRA, 401K or other retirement plan. You may also contribute to WARC through your life insurance by making WARC your beneficiary. Life insurance is a planful strategy to make a large bequest for low premium costs.
MATCHING GIFTS
Your place of business or work may be a corporation that matches gifts of their employees to 501(c)3 not for profit corporations. Check with your personnel office for details.

WARC is a member of Leave A Legacy Connecticut, a nationwide public awareness effort to promote charitable giving through wills and estates. "When you include charities in your estate planning you can make a difference in the lives of others". WARC has already been named as a beneficiary in the wills of friends of WARC.
