For all potential positions, WARC is looking for candidates that possess the empathy, compassion, and creativity required to provide individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with appropriate care.
Persons interested in becoming part of our team must also have a high school diploma or G.E.D., a valid driver’s license (may be required to transport persons), and proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
Candidates should be willing to be flexible with hours and responsibilities, as needs of individuals we support can change over time. Those interested in applying should understand the importance of their role in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to proudly serve these individuals and create a safe and friendly environment.
Resumes and cover letters are welcome. On behalf of Waterbury ARC and all the individuals we support, we look forward to meeting with you.
